We strive to bring integrity to all our interactions and give our clients full visibility into the revenue and expenses associated with their property. We price our services on a percentage model, so we do well when our homeowners do well. We have no hidden markups on cleaning or maintenance.

3. Positively Contribute to Cape Cod

For each new property referred, we donate to a local non-profit or charity. We also aim to create great jobs that employees love, contribute to the tax base for Cape Cod, and promote local businesses and attractions to our guests
